These rare well made vintage machetes are made in USA by the world famous Collins & Co. for the USA and Central and South American market. Blades are stamped LEGITIMUS COLLINS & CO. MADE IN U.S.A. with a Crown & Hammer Insignia atop of the lettering. The blade on this machete is a special flat tip type blade for holding down brush. The blade is also is black coated steel.
