Q: Can I pay via check or money order?
A: Yes. Please type up your complete order including Product Name, SKU, Color, Size, and Shipping Method. Make sure to include your Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address. Mail it to the address below with your payment, including shipping costs.

Once full payment is received, we will fulfill and ship your order based on the shipping method you have selected.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: For all International Shipping: Orders are based on shipping WEIGHT, not purchase price. Select International Shipping during checkout. We will contact you with the shipping cost for your approval before shipping.
In determining your delivery requirements keep in mind that most orders are sent on the next business day after receiving the order. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. No shipments will be made or delivered on these days. Saturday delivery can be arranged for shipments on Friday if necessary for an additional charge of $10.00. If you have a specific delivery requirement drop us an email after placing your order and we will do everything possible to meet your needs.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes. For military addresses please make sure you check the box that asks if your address is an APO/FPO.
Q: Do you ship to freight forwarders?
A:Yes. If you are shipping to a freight forwarder we may contact you to request full payment via PayPal. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Can I pay via Paypal?
A: Yes, please select Paypal Express Checkout. You will be taken to a PayPal sign in page that will allow you to use your account to check out.
Q: Can you fulfill bulk orders?
A: Yes we can. Please contact us prior to placing the order so we can guarantee stock. We can provide lead times, quotes, and any documentation needed. Note that all shipping quotes are valid for 14 days and all product quotes are valid for 45 days.
Q: Will I get the exact item in the picture?
A: No. While our photos are representative of what you will receive, due to the unqiue nature of military surplus we are unable to photograph every single individual product we carry. The item you receive will be functionally similar to our photo, but there may be slight differences including different markings, years, labels, or accessories.
Q: Can I get a product with a specific manufacturer/year/marking etc?
A: It never hurts to ask, but unless our listing states details, we cannot guarantee you will receive an item with the specifics you are looking for. We will do our best within reason to help you out, but due to our high volume of orders we may be unable to accomodate special requests.
Q: What is Military Surplus Smell?
A: If you have ever walked into a suplus store, worn an old military jacket, or bought older surplus, you know the smell. There are varying degrees of Military Surplus Smell, but it is generally noted as a musty storage smell. While it may be a shock at first to smell this, it's actually a great thing!
When you get that Military Surplus Smell, you know you're dealing with GENUINE military gear, and not imported or reproduction gear. It is one of the first things any surplus fan will check when determining the authenticity of their purchase. The smell may have imitators, but nothing can compare to the actual smell of genuine surplus.
There are many different ways to get rid of the smell including using vinegar washes, name brand cleaners, and air drying the gear after many washes. We don't recommend one method over another, but do caution that older surplus gear may be damaged by using an untested method. Be careful with your gear. Or better yet, embrace the smell and revel in the fact that you are rocking true-blue American made surplus! Hoo-ah!
