These vintage well-made special machetes have a flat section on the tip for holding down brush. Made in the 1980’s by the world famous Collins & Co. In Hartford CT. U.S.A. for the Central and South American markets. Blades are stamped Legitimus Collins & CO. MADE IN U.S.A. with a Crown & Hammer Insignia atop the lettering.
