These sea dye marker pouches would attach to the Horse Collar type life preservers that were integrated into airman survival vests. The pouch has two attachment points that snap into place on the D rings attached to vests. This pouch is the early type pouch with yellow stenciled lettering that reads, DYE MARKER. The Vietnam era sea dye marker and pouch make a great collectible!
