U.S. Military A.L.I.C.E. cargo nylon webbing strap and kidney pad strap. The nylon strap has a black metal buckle that locks and adjusts length. Strap can be used with any cargo shelf, A.L.I.C.E. pack or backpack to carry ammo cans, radios and bigger loads. The strap is also used to hold the ALICE kidney pad in place.
