USGI Water repellent. 50% cotton, 50% nylon blend outer shell with polyester insulation, and synthetic fur trim on adjustable hood. Reinforced elbows, with zippers that go up to the eyes for protection in blizzard conditions. Inset knit cuffs to keep out snow. Drawstring waist keeps out drafts and insures a good fit. 4 front pockets, 2 snap slash and 2 button down flap pockets. The warmest Parka the U.S. Military had to offer.

Condition Note: These are brand new jackets that have been stored in original manufacturer boxes since 2004. As such they have slight a discoloration from the box that may cover a large portion of the coat. See photos for example.
