The Diplomat Lie Detector set was manufactured in the early 1970's and used by different government agencies to conduct tests in the field.  Used by the CIA and the FBI, the Diplomat was capable of testing a person's breathing, pulse, and other factors to determine if they were lying or not. 

This particular model of the Diplomat is in near new condition (see photos), including the instruction book.  We've plugged this in and it is still working!  Since we don't actually know how to use it, it is being sold As-Is.  A great conversation piece for a collector.  This is almost exactly the same detector that was used in the hit movie "Meet the Fockers"!
