These used ALICE packs are the real deal! Add on a metal frame and hip belt (sold separately) to make heavier loads more comfortable. These backpacks are part of the U.S. Military's system of All-purpose, Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment that has been the American standard since the 60's. Medium size pack designed to hold loads up to 50 lbs. 20" x 14" x 6 ½" main compartment. 12"x 12" interior pouch, three tunneled 6" x 10" x 3"exterior pockets and a velcro closed map pocket in rainflap. Water-repellent nylon fabric.
