Genuine Government issue. Heavy duty E-tool M1956 Entrenching Tool Cover Shovel Cover, with pistol belt slide attachments on the back and bayonet hanger on the front. Generally these were used in Vietnam before the tri-fold shovel and nylon cover were introduced.
