Genuine Government issue. Pure white parka shell made from 80% cotton, 20% nylon. Originally used as winter camouflage. Worn over other gear - shell is very full cut with reach through pockets and can be used as a water repellant and wind resistant shell on its own. Size small only. Used excellent condition.
