Two angled upper sleeve and elbow pouch pockets for insert pads. All pockets have velcro closure. Pen/Pencil pocket on left sleeve. Velcro tab for insignia rank on front of overflap. Side sleeve velcro pockets for insignia. Mandarin collar can be worn up with neck protector or down. Full zippered front with velcro closure overflap . Velcro cuffs. Infared tabs not included.
