Used by the U.S.Navy as part of their foul weather gear in cold conditions primarily in the 40's and 50's. Heavy cotton exterior with a wool lining. Available in navy blue and o.d. green. Depending on your size selection you may get either color. Color is not an option. Condition will be either near new or unsed
